Azari teahouse

This teahouse is located across from the municipality building of area 4, region 11, on Valiasr Avenue, near Railway square. Selecting Azari teahouse for reconstruction and revivification cultural programs was because of some reasons and the most important ones are as follow:

1. Old record of the teahouse: it was established in 1327 and has been in existence by now.

2. Its suitable spaces: having both covered and open spaces for presenting services and serving in both cold and warm weather.

 3. Its location: locating near Tehran train station, connecting Tehran to many cities and places in Iran, also locating in the going back and forth places of a huge group of passengers.

4. High population of the region.

5. Bieng noble of traditional culture among the people in the region .

6. Readiness of the teahouse keeper for cooperating in reconstruction of the teahouse and re performing cultural and traditional, artist programs for the teahouse.
